A space where life springs forth,
where the gaze opens toward the horizon,
where the body softens, breathes, and remembers.
Almaiara is a refuge for sensitivity,
a place for dance, art, presence,
and the celebration of Being.
ALMAIARA is a space for growth, creation, gathering, and well-being.
Located in the emblematic neighborhood of Somió, Gijón, just a few steps from the sea, it offers open views toward the sunset, the city and the Asturian mountains.
An ideal environment to reconnect with the body, art, and community.
The space includes:
• A 28 m² open studio with wooden floors and a 360º glass wall
• A living room with fireplace for social gatherings
• A jacuzzi and relaxation area
• Terraces and green outdoor spaces facing the horizon
• A warm, cared-for, and quiet atmosphere, perfect for practice and contemplation
Almaiara is a project by Irene and Hugo.
As their daughter Iara was born, so was this space — Almaiara.
